PU UltraLight Tubes 33g!
A standard Butyl Road Inner Tube will weigh 125g. A lightweight one, maybe 90g. A Latex tube, 85g. So why wouldn't you pay a little extra for a tougher and lighter 33g Thermoplastic tube? They save you circa 90g in the area that will benefit you the most and offers you better rolling resistance as well. Proven.

Titanium XC Build XL - Client build
This Titanium XC build was to a budget that you wouldn't think would be possible...
Titanium is an awesome material. Often said the at if it were to come out now it would be regarded as the new super material. Lightweight, corrosion resistant and built in spring and absorbency for a very smooth ride.
Tyres swapped for Lighter Continental Race Kings, upgraded disc rotors, carbon seat-post and bars. These were nice additions to suit the rider's preference and being Ti it will last for a long, long time!
Carbon XC Build Small - Client build
Based on the On One Whippet this XC bike has been on a diet and lost nearly one kg for under €250.
WTB KOM i25 wheel rims and WTB Nano tyre swaps give double the benefits of weight loss and loss at the outer part of the wheel. A carbon seat post adds flex and adds lightness (Thanks Colin Chapman!) and a swap to a lighter rear cassette. That is just the beginning...
Colour co-ordination adds to the look with purple nipples, purple Crank Bros. Stamp pedals, purple headset spacers, purple seat clamp, purple Ergon grips and purple titanium stem bolts.

This will be a very special super light build. OnOne Whippet, Size XL, it weighed circa 12.5kg from the factory. Not a very XC kinda number!!

It has the best Motor battery being the Fazua 60NM and 250W combo. Totally removable if you want to go analogue.
